Nicholas Wren, PharmD
Nick Wren, PharmD, is a former Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience guiding organizations through growth, transition, and operational complexity. Earlier in his career, Nick built a strong operational foundation within a Fortune 500 organization, advancing into senior leadership roles overseeing multi-site operations, personnel management, compliance, and performance analysis. His work spans healthcare delivery, business leadership, and operational transformation, with a proven ability to help both established organizations and early-stage businesses build sustainable, effective operations.
As a former CEO, Nick was responsible for organizational leadership, strategic direction, and performance across complex, multi-department operations. In prior executive roles, he led initiatives focused on revenue diversification, operational sustainability, and organizational effectiveness. He worked closely with leadership to align execution with mission, values, and long-term goals. He is known for spending time inside underperforming teams to identify root causes, redesign processes, and establish clear accountability.
As a licensed Pharmacist with hands-on experience in startups, regulated industries, and system-wide process improvement, Nick brings execution-focused guidance grounded in real-world leadership. He understands what it takes to build something from the ground up while maintaining compliance, financial discipline, and operational clarity.
In addition to his executive experience, Nick is an entrepreneur who has built and grown his own businesses. This firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face such as defining services, pricing, operations, cash flow discipline, and scaling responsibly allowing him to advise from the perspective of someone actively building, not just advising.
